Flexible 48 Hour Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the arrival date will be subject to a 100% penalty of the total reservation amount.

Payment Methods

1. Pay Now

The 100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.

2. Pay at the Hotel

The 5% will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining amount will be settled upon check-in.

Payment Information

• In case of no show or cancellationaccording to the policy, the credit cardprovided at the time of booking will be automatically charged or refunded, as applicable.
• Upon check-inguests are required to present photo identification and the credit card credit used for full payment or as a guarantee for the reservation.
• By making your reservation, you agree that thetransaction fees and associated service costs are non-refundable. This means that in the event of cancellation of your reservation, these costs will not be returned, as they correspond to the services processed at the time of confirmation.
